Account & Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data privacy regulations, users of Andi's Touch have the right to request full account deletion and erasure of their personal data.

Important Notice Regarding Deletion

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Your profile, inquiries, uploaded design reference images, and active logins will be immediately purged. Financial invoice records and completed payment audit logs will be permanently anonymized for legal and tax accounting obligations.

How to Delete Your Account:

  1. In-App Deletion (Recommended): Open the Andi's Touch mobile app, navigate to Profile → Security → Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm deletion.
  2. Web Request (Below): If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, complete the verified web form below to submit a deletion request.

Processing Timeline: Instant if verified with password. For manual email verification requests, our compliance team processes requests within 48 hours. For any inquiries, email privacy@andis-touch.online.
